There Are Many Paths to Awareness.
What I Believe
At the heart of my work are a few simple spiritual principles.
I believe there is a Universal Power of Love, Wisdom and Intelligence that is present everywhere, even though it may be invisible to our ordinary senses.
Throughout history, we have given this presence many names.
Divine Light. Higher Self. Consciousness. Infinite Intelligence. Love. God Within. Being. Presence.
The language may change, but the essence remains the same.
I believe that, at the level of the Soul, we are not separate from this Power. We are individual expressions of something much greater.
And most importantly, I believe that each one of us can learn to access this Inner Wisdom.
When we begin listening to that deeper guidance, it can help us understand our experiences, navigate life's challenges and move more consciously towards the life we came here to live.
The Wisdom Is Already Within You
Connecting with your Higher Guidance is not simply a spiritual idea.
It can also be immensely practical.
Our everyday personality sees only a small part of the picture. Our Higher Awareness can often see much further.
By learning to quieten the noise around us and listen more deeply within, we can begin to recognise the guidance that has been there all along.

What is the Soul's Purpose?
I believe that the Soul is eternal and that we experience many lifetimes through which we learn, grow and expand our awareness.
Each lifetime brings with it its own journey.
A curriculum, in a sense, chosen by the Soul.
Within that journey are experiences, relationships, challenges, gifts and opportunities designed to help us discover more of who we truly are.
I believe we each bring unique gifts and talents into this life.
Our experiences can help us uncover them.
Our challenges can deepen them.
And sometimes, the very wounds we have carried become the wisdom we are eventually able to share with others.
I also believe that we arrive with a powerful spiritual toolbox already available to us.
Our life story, our birth chart, our handprints and spiritual numerology can all become Soul Guidance Maps — different ways of understanding the deeper patterns running through our lives.
Not as instructions that dictate our future, but as tools that can help us recognise the path beneath our feet.
My Journey
My own spiritual journey began in 1979.
Since then, I have spent many years studying, exploring and experiencing a wide range of spiritual philosophies, teachings and practices.
Rather than following one single school of thought, my work draws upon many different traditions and approaches.
Because I believe there are many paths to Awareness.
And nobody has a monopoly on Truth.
Over the years, I have discovered that different teachings often arrive at exactly the moment we are ready for them.
My hope is simply to share some of the ideas, practices and experiences that have helped me along my own journey — so that you can explore what resonates with yours.
